This soup can help in nourishing blood, promoting blood circulation, regulating menstruation and relieving pain.
Note: It is not recommended to drink this soup during menstrual cramps, as it may cause increased menstruation and/or prolonged menstrual cramps.
Ingredients: Chinese angelica, solomon's seal, asiabell root, chinese yam, radix astragali, red dates, goji berries, chuanxiong, dried longan.
It is recommended to store in the refrigerator to preserve and maintain freshness.
Each packet serves 3 person for two meals. First, prepare some meat, clean the herbal ingredients inside the packet and put them in a large pot. Fill the pot with water and bring it to boil. Once boiling, turn to low heat and simmer for 1-2 hours. Add some salt to taste before serving.
Vegetarians can choose mushrooms, corn and other ingredients instead of meat.
