补血汤(125g)Blood Nourishing Soup

INTRODUCTION

This soup can help in nourishing blood, promoting blood circulation, regulating menstruation and relieving pain.

Note: It is not recommended to drink this soup during menstrual cramps, as it may cause increased menstruation and/or prolonged menstrual cramps.


此汤可帮助补血、活血、调经止痛。

注意:不建议在月经来潮期间喝这个汤,因为可能会导致月经增加和/或来潮时间延长。


INGREDIENTS

Chinese angelica, solomon's seal, asiabell root, chinese yam, radix astragali, red dates, goji berries, chuanxiong, dried longan.

当归,无硫玉竹,无硫党参,河南淮山片,北芪,新疆红枣,宁夏枸杞,川芎,桂圆干。


PRESERVATION METHOD

It is recommended to store in the refrigerator to preserve and maintain freshness. 


建议存放于冰箱以达到有效地保鲜效果。


HOW TO EAT

Each packet serves 2 adults and 1 child for two meals. First, prepare some meat, clean the herbal ingredients inside the packet and put them in a large pot. Fill the pot with water and bring it to boil. Once boiling, turn to low heat and simmer for 1-2 hours. Add some salt to taste before serving.

Vegetarians can choose mushrooms, corn and other ingredients instead of meat.


每包可煲一锅,供2大人1小孩分两餐喝。首先将肉类与配料清洗干净后放入大锅内,再加入清水用猛火煮沸,煮沸后转小火煮1-2小时即可。食用前可用盐,味精适量调味。

素食者可选择菇类,玉米等食材。
