Ingredients: Asiabell root, Atractylodes macrocephala, white peony root, radix glycyrrhizae preparata, Chinese angelica, chuanxiong, rehmannia, poria, cinnamon, radix astragali.
It is recommended to store in the refrigerator to preserve and maintain freshness.
Each packet serves 3 person for two meals. First, prepare some meat, clean the herbal ingredients inside the packet and put them in a large pot. Fill the pot with water and bring it to boil. Once boiling, turn to low heat and simmer for 1-2 hours. Add some salt to taste before serving.
Vegetarians can choose mushrooms, corn and other ingredients instead of meat.
