INTRODUCTION

It is recommended to store in the refrigerator to preserve and maintain freshness. 


建议存放于冰箱以达到有效地保鲜效果。


HOW TO EAT

😋 RED DATES, LOTUS SEEDS, WHITE FUNGUS, LILY BULBS AND GOJI SOUP. 红枣莲子白木儿百合枸杞汤

First, wash and soak the white fungus for about 2 hours, then tear the white fungus into small pieces for later use. Prepare some lily bulbs, lotus seeds, red dates and wolfberries. Wash the pot and put all the red dates, lotus seeds, lily wolfberry, white fungus into the pot, then add cold water and bring it to boil. Once the water is boiling, turn to medium low heat and simmer for about an hour or a little bit longer. Then add some rock sugar and cook for another 30 minutes before serving.


买来的白木耳洗净浸泡2小时左右,将白木耳撕成小片备用。再准备百合,莲子,红枣与枸杞。 砂锅洗干净,把红枣,莲子,百合枸杞,白木耳,通通放入砂锅中,再加入冷水,然后大火烧开。大火烧开后,转中小火烧1个多小时。1小时后加冰糖。然后再烧30分钟即可食用。
