INTRODUCTION

Goji, also known as wolfberries is a well-known Chinese herb which is the mature fruit of Lycium barbarum, a small shrub of the Solanaceae family.

Long-term consumption of wolfberries can help nourish the liver, lungs, kidney and help in protecting eyesight.


枸杞,又称枸杞子、红耳坠,是茄科小灌木枸杞的成熟子实。枸杞子药食同源的历史悠久,是驰名中外的名贵中药材,早在《神农本草经》中就被列为上品。

长期服用枸杞可帮助滋补肝肾,名目,润肺;用于眩晕目暗,遗精,消渴,阴虚劳咳。


PRESERVATION METHOD

It is recommended to store in the refrigerator to preserve and maintain freshness. Wolfberries tend to become sticky if left at room temperature for too long.


建议存放于冰箱以达到有效地保鲜效果。若放在室温,枸杞会变粘。


HOW TO EAT

😋 CHEW DIRECTLY 直接嚼服

Put the washed wolfberries in a steamer for a few minutes or bake them in the microwave for a few seconds (not long to avoid getting them burnt), chew directly every morning.


把洗净的枸杞放在蒸锅里数分钟或用微波炉烘烤数秒(时间不要长,以免烤焦),每日早上直接嚼服。



😋GOJI BERRY SOAKED IN WATER 枸杞泡水

Put the washed wolfberries in a cup, soak it in boiling water for 2-5 minutes, and then drink it.

将洗净的枸杞放入杯中,再用沸水浸泡2-5分钟后即可饮用。


😋GOJI BERRY ROSE TEA 枸杞泡玫瑰花茶

Rinse the dried roses, wolfberries and red dates, remove the seed of the red dates and cut them into small cubes; put all the ingredients in a teapot, and then brew with boiling water.

可将干玫瑰花,枸杞,大枣冲洗一下,大枣去核切成小丁;将所有材料放入茶壶,再用沸水冲泡即可。


😋GOJI BERRY WITH HONEY 枸杞蜂蜜水

Wash the wolfberries with clean water, put them in a cup, and pour in hot water. When the water is warm, simply add an appropriate amount of honey and stir until the honey is melted and then it is ready to drink.

将枸杞用水清洗干净,放入杯子里,倒入热开水。等枸杞水温热时再放入适量蜂蜜搅拌至蜂蜜融化即可饮用。


😋CHICKEN SOUP WITH GOJI BERRIES 枸杞老母鸡汤

Clean the chicken, soak some white fungus, tie some green onions and prepare some ginger. First, fill the pot with water, then add the chicken and bring it to boil. Once the water is boiling, skim the froth, add the green onion, ginger and cooking wine, then adjust to a low heat and simmer for an hour. After an hour, add the fungus and simmer for another hour. After another hour, add an appropriate amount of wolfberries and a small amount of salt to taste and it is ready to serve.

将鸡清洗干净,木耳泡发洗净,葱挽结,姜拍松;砂锅一次性加满水,放入鸡肉。等水打开后撇去浮沫,放入葱姜以及料酒然后调至微火慢炖1小时。1小时后,加入木耳,然后再炖1小时。1小时后可加入适量枸杞以及少量盐即可起锅
