It is very simple to make hawthorn licorice tea. Prepare 30 grams of hawthorn, 6 grams of licorice, put the ingredients in a pot and add cold water to boil for 5 minutes.


山楂的口味偏酸甜,有很好的活血化瘀的效果,而甘草则是有很好的止咳化痰的功效,两者结合对人体是很有好处的。

要制作山楂甘草茶叶很简单,只需要山楂30克,甘草6克,直接冷水下锅,水开5分钟后即可。
