适合经常感到疲劳,易上火,体虚者饮用。 


INGREDIENTS

American ginseng slices, fragrant Solomon's seal, Chinese yam slices, goji wolfberries & dried longan.

美国花旗参片,无硫玉竹,河南淮山,宁夏枸杞,桂圆干。


PRESERVATION METHOD

It is recommended to store in the refrigerator to preserve and maintain freshness. 


建议存放于冰箱以达到有效地保鲜效果。


HOW TO EAT

Each packet serves 2 adults and 1 child for two meals. First, prepare some meat, clean the herbal ingredients inside the packet and put them in a large pot. Fill the pot with water and bring it to boil. Once boiling, turn to low heat and simmer for 1-2 hours. Add some salt to taste before serving.

Vegetarians can choose mushrooms, corn and other ingredients instead of meat.


每包可煲一锅,供2大人1小孩分两餐喝。首先将肉类与配料清洗干净后放入大锅内,再加入清水用猛火煮沸,煮沸后转小火煮1-2小时即可。食用前可用盐,味精适量调味。

素食者可选择菇类,玉米等食材。
