INTRODUCTION

This soup can help replenish qi and blood. It is suitable for those with pale or chlorosis, dizziness, tired limbs, shortness of breath, palpitations, reduced diet, pale tongue, weak pulse or weakness, and women with irregular menstruation, etc. who are suffering from both qi and blood deficiency.

Note: Not suitable for pregnant women and those with cold or flu.


此汤可帮助益气补血。适合面色苍白或萎黄,头晕耳眩,四肢倦怠,气短懒言,心悸怔忡,饮食减少,舌淡苔薄白,脉细弱或虚大无力,以及妇女月经不调等属气血两虚者。

注意:孕妇、感冒风寒者不适合服用。


INGREDIENTS

Asiabell root, atractylodes macrocephala, radix glycyrrhizae preparata, paeoniae radix alba , Chinese angelica, chuanxiong, rehmannia, poria, black dates.

无硫党参,白术,炙甘草,炒白芍,当归,川芎,熟地,茯苓,黑枣。



PRESERVATION METHOD

It is recommended to store in the refrigerator to preserve and maintain freshness. 


建议存放于冰箱以达到有效地保鲜效果。


HOW TO EAT

Each packet serves 2 adults and 1 child for two meals. First, prepare some meat, clean the herbal ingredients inside the packet and put them in a large pot. Fill the pot with water and bring it to boil. Once boiling, turn to low heat and simmer for 1-2 hours. Add some salt to taste before serving.

Vegetarians can choose mushrooms, corn and other ingredients instead of meat.


每包可煲一锅,供2大人1小孩分两餐喝。首先将肉类与配料清洗干净后放入大锅内,再加入清水用猛火煮沸,煮沸后转小火煮1-2小时即可。食用前可用盐,味精适量调味。

素食者可选择菇类,玉米等食材。
