INTRODUCTION

Cordyceps flower is a popular herb that is often used as a soup ingredient. It is a herb that is favored by doctors, nutritionists, chefs and housewives.


虫草花也叫作蛹虫草,是一种颇受欢迎的食材,多用于作汤料和药膳,是药膳中的新宠,备受医生、营养师、厨师和家庭主妇的青睐。


PRESERVATION METHOD

It is recommended to store in the refrigerator to preserve and maintain freshness. 


建议存放于冰箱以达到有效地保鲜效果。


HOW TO EAT

😋 CORDYCEPS FLOWER CHICKEN SOUP 虫草花炖鸡汤

Instruction:

1. Wash the chicken and cut into pieces, then soak the red dates and cordyceps flowers in clean water separately. No need to discard the water that soaks the cordyceps flower.

2. Put the chicken, cordyceps flower, red dates, and ginger slices into a pot, pour in the water that soaked the cordyceps flower and cook for 2 hours.

3. When the water is boiling, turn down to low heat and simmer for 2 hours. After 2 hours, add some salt to taste.


做法:

1、把鸡洗净切块,红枣、虫草花分开用清水浸泡。泡虫草花的水不用倒掉

2、把鸡肉、虫草花、红枣、姜片放入锅中,把浸泡虫草花的水也倒进去,煲2小时。

3、当大火煮开,小火熬煮。2小时候加入适量的盐调味即可。
